2.Where is my order?

• 1) For delivering successfully, we suggest you leave your correct email box and mobile number during checkout process.
• 2) Unsuccessful delivery caused by blank mobile column cannot be compensated.
• 3) PO Box or BFPO is not accepted if you choose express shipping. Your address should be detailed enough, even include apartment or unit number. Non delivery or extra shipping fee due to personal reasons will not be taken by Toxse.com.
• 4) Your order can be tracked in details only when it arrives in your country’s facility. After it arrives in your country, please allow 5-7 days more for the package to reach you.
• If you have any question, please contact our customer service. Since we have too many emails to deal with every day, your email may be replied in 24 hours. Thank you for your patience and understanding!

4.Incorrect address

Make sure you provide the correct address at checkout because:

• If there is incorrect or missing information that we can detect on our end, we may be required to contact you for an update on the delivery information, which can cause delays in delivering your order.
• We are not responsible if your order gets delivered to the wrong address or returned to sender (as all of the items would be donated right after they come back to our warehouse)

If you contact the final mile carrier after the order has left our warehouse and ask them to forward or redirect your parcel, we are not responsible if that parcel gets lost, stolen, or damaged.

Returns
Due to the personalized nature of our products, we generally cannot accept returns unless the items are defective or damaged. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery to address the issue. We will require photo evidence of the defect or damage to process a replacement or refund.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return claim is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain amount of days, typically within 5-10 business days.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at support@toxse.com with your order number and details about the product defect. Once the exchange request is approved, you will be provided with instructions on how to proceed.

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’d receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

Shipping
To return your product, you should mail your product to the address provided in our return instructions. Please note that you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
